The Aspire Leaders Program (ALP) is a six-week programme for university students and recent graduates aged 18–29 from limited-income or first-generation backgrounds.
Beyond the programme itself, Aspire graduates join an ongoing alumni network with access to additional opportunities through Aspire and its partner organisations.
During the six-week programme:
Harvard-designed leadership curriculum
Live masterclasses with faculty and industry leaders
Global peer network
Leadership and career development
Resume, LinkedIn and professional-pitch development
Certificate of completion
After completing ALP:
Aspire graduates can access its Extended Leadership Pathways, which include opportunities such as:
Professional mentorship
Career preparation and job simulations
Entrepreneurship and venture-building support
Skills and academic advancement funding
Community-project funding
Graduate-school and research support
Partner platforms and learning opportunities
Alumni leadership and community activities
The availability of specific opportunities, grants and partner benefits depends on the relevant Aspire pathway and eligibility requirements.
You must:
Be 18–29 years old
Be currently enrolled in or have graduated from a university programme
Meet at least one of these conditions:
Come from a limited-income background
Be the first person in your family to attend university

Aspire is structured as more than a short-term course. Completing ALP gives graduates access to an ongoing alumni ecosystem where Aspire and its partners provide additional opportunities for career development, mentorship, entrepreneurship, education and community impact.
